Here's a vintage relish spoon (I think) or scoop marked "Wellin Prima N.S.", followed by a small circle with "40" in the middle (see last image).
Actual size: approx. 5ΒΌ" long
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The piece shows very little evidence of use and polishes up quite nicely, except for a small area on the back of the handle at the tip, which remains a bit dull (visible in the second photo)
